You can also define useful pages that are only visible to your customers once they have logged in. You can create and maintain as many web pages as you like - without the need to contact your web designer. Your front end website will feature customisable pages of content you can add and edit whenever you like. The public can then make enquires directly to you using the forms provided by the CMS system. You will receive notification by email and SMS plus the enquiry will create a new customer and all details held on record in your sNOWsh CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).

sNOWsh is a tool for you and your staff. You can create different users and control user rights by only allowing staff members access to the admin tools required to carry out their duties. You can assign tasks and reports to a staff member giving them a list of 'jobs' that need completing. For example; cleaning and turning around bedrooms for new arrivals or putting fresh linen into a room already occupied, maintenance tasks, room service tasks for the kitchen - whatever you need to assign it is completely up to you. You can also set the tasks system to assign automatic notifications via email and / or SMS to staff members as they are created or as they become due - you can also choose to use the automatic daily task digest notification feature which will send each staff member a daily report of work assigned to them. Each staff member can interact with the system to set task statuses, follow-ups as well as assign tasks to themselves and other staff members.
