History
The idea of the sNOWsh Network began around 10 years ago. We came up with the idea that a simple and immediate exchange of information between business websites could lead to an exciting network useful to not only the businesses involved, but also the public through real time search.
Then in 2005, as the idea of a 'real time' search was in people's minds more and more. We realised how this could be achieved.
With the advancement of internet technology and with the widespread acceptance and maturity of XML, the idea of a 'real time' network could now become a reality.
So the sNOWsh team got to work and after over 4 years of development and testing, the first sNOWsh applications have arrived!
The critical difference found in all sNOWsh applications is that each businesses administration to add information to the network, is running on their own website. Businesses can publish content quickly and efficiently to their own websites as with any decent CMS, but with sNOWsh technology, at the click of a button know that the very same content* or inventory information is also now live accross the network.
Today
sNOWsh Technologies is very much still a 'young' company. We have worked tirelessly to test our applications to breaking point. We began by concentrating on the Bookings Management module for our pre launch phase. We now offer applications for all businesses to 'Syndicate' their inventory across the sNOWsh Network in "Real Time".
All of our applications are modular so that you, the business owner, can mix and match the perfect application to suit your business needs. We make our applications cost effective for you, negating the need to bring in costly web developers to build expensive applications. You can download our applications so all your information is kept on your own web server. Your website then 'syndicates' back to the network what you have available NOW in your inventory. If it is not available then it does not show in our search results. This keeps the sNOWsh GDS network up to date and presents to the public something new and unique - what is really available right NOW.
